About Me
Hello, I’m Shila and I’d like to tell you a little about my journey as a spiritual healer. I have over 23 years of experience; I am a Grand Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healer, a Pranic Healer and an Arhatic and Kriya Mediation Practitioner.
My healing lineage traces right back to the Founder of Reiki Dr. Mikao Usui and I am fully skilled in the teachings, of this incredible healing discipline. I am also qualified up too level seven in Pranic Healing through the learning of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s teaching.
Having qualified in Reiki, Pranic, Crystal and Distant / Remote energy healing, I combine these techniques with my very own unique treatment plan to offer an unparalleled type of healing. I work closely with my clients, guiding them and supporting them; I find that this tried and tested approach gives the best chance to help those who are looking to better their lives, improve health conditions, break-through emotional barriers and gain the ability to manage their mental health, their stresses and their pains of modern life.
Over the years, I have successfully treated a number of clients who have had minor or serious conditions such as: ovarian cysts, infertility, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons disease, arthritis, broken bones, stress, anxiety, depression, migraines, tinnitus, sciatica, and many more conditions.
I was introduced to Reiki in 1996 when I completed my Reiki 1st & 2nd degree. I worked on my healing practice part time but always felt a stronger calling to do something rewarding that would benefit more people. Therefore in 2016, I left my 9-5 job of 18 years to expand and strengthen my healing practice on a full time basis. This led me to undertake the Shinpiden Reiki Master Teacher Levels 3 & 4 in 2018; and in 2019 I completed the Reiki Grand Master Teacher Levels 5 to 20. In 2021, I continued to expand my knowledge in Reiki and completed the Karuna Ki Reiki Master Training.
Also in 2019, my continuing desire to broaden my knowledge in energy healing led me to Pranic Healing, an extraordinary approach to cleansing and working with energy. I am qualified in Pranic Healing in the following: Basic, Advance, Psychotherapy, Crystal Healing and Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul. In addition, I also completed the Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level and Pranic Feng Shui. In January 2020, I had great honour in receiving Shaktipat Dixsha (Initiations) from His Holness Swami Rajarshri Muni a Master in Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga. He has authored many definitive texts on yoga, including the inimitable Yoga the Ultimate Spiritual Path and Classical Hatha Yoga.
